Not Bug Duplicate Bugs in Ludi Helios Control Room portal & Korean Folk town quests(64k exp total from 2 easy quests)

The Time Control Room at the Helio Tower is bugged, doesn't work.

The Opening Nolbu(& Hongbu's) Gourd quest is bugged - When you drop the seed the gourd doesn't grow on either Hongbu's or Nolbu's house.
tried multiple times with different characters. A solid 32k exp im missing out on

-Kong Ji's request quest don't work
[Grandma Yeon's npc bar doesnt change to quest-mode]
Another solid 32k exp im missing out on
