Closed Bullets Can't Be Traded?

    Problem: Bullets are not tradeable?
    Details: I traded 5 sets of eternal bullets with someone and when we were both ready to trade, the transaction did not go through and the items disappeared. I changed channels, relogged, restarted client, but they were not back in my inventory.
