As a new player, I accidentally sold a decent clean equip, so I tried out the buyback feature I saw mentioned in some random post. Then I found out I just lost 5m buying back an equip that was probably worth 1-2m at best. There is no mention of the fee anywhere. Maybe you could add some mention of the price either in the prompt before you buy an item back and/or in /help.
