Before anything, I just wana know is it okay if I were to buy ign from another guy. There is one particular name that I would like to have but it was already taken. I afraid it may violate rules or somewhat.
I don't know if it's against the rules or not, but I thought that character deletion is disabled anyways?
I believe it is allowed, but seeing how character deletion isn't available yet i don't see the point.
