Can crafted items be godly?

I was wondering if crafted items can be godly.

For example, if i craft a dragon shiner bow, is it possible to get a 108 attack bow or not?

 

Yes if you use a stimulator. But beware as those also have a 10% chance to blow the item up completely.

Got my godly perfect dragon slash claws by forging.

 

Unless they decrease the amount of full crystals needed to make certain weapons, I can't say I recommend crafting these weapons.

 

I went and tested this out of my own curiosity. Not glitched, just a low chance.
