Can I create another forum account?

I don't like the name of this account and I don't have enough money to donate and change it. Can I create another account?

 

Nope. Each person is limited to one account.

You don't need to donate for the name change, you just need to be a donator.
You can donate for the lowest amount of rp, use that rp on something for your in-game character.
Then once you have donated, you can request a donator name tag & a forum name change
