Can NL with 6k hp survive VIP HTP with hyperbody?

Noob NL here.

Planning to buy VIP HTP + hyperbody with 6k hp but not having any luck.

Wondering if it is because my hp is too low to survive horntail even with hyperbody?

 

with hb you might but you could easily die during a dispel

 

Its possible. If your seller is strong enough, you can die for the first 9 minutes while they take down the tail. Get resurrected then you should be able to survive the rest of the boss, just set PE to 95%+.
