You need to update the date of birth on your accounts to your real one, as you've used the default one.

You can change it yourself on the website : ) , once you have done this we will doublecheck it and unban you if it's lookin to be in order.

 

But the website show that only administer can change the birthday.
By the way, can I know why do I be banned?is the VPN problem?

If you go to the website and to your account settings, you should get to see this screen:

Here you can change your e-mail address as well as your date of birth.
The reason to why you got banned is very simple: You need to be at least 13 years old to play this game, thus registering with the default date of birth (being in 2010) would imply you're only 6 years old.

 

But none of my accounts' birthday(sarai.kuzo) is 2010
and I can change birthday of game accounts except my forum account.
And I have changed sarai's birthday
