Is this still an issue for you? & if so can you please provide more information on what happens when you try to log in? A screenshot of any error message & when you get it would suffice.
If you can’t pass the login selection screen or if the button gets grey as if it’s pressed try resetting your router. You may have been assign an ip that was previously banned. If that works you are good to go, if not try making a ban appeal, this may be a Mac addres too so it’s one or the other
