Can not past charactor selection screen

    I was banned from the last Saturday night,and I am relieved ban now. When I want to sign in and select my charactor by my computer ,my client was closed and receive the information :You have been disconnected from the login sever.Please try again later. If I sign in and select my charactor by my friend's computer, I can past charactor selection screen and start the game.
    I had reinstalled already, but I can not past charactor selection screen,either.
    My friend's computer can start the game by using my internet IP.
