    I know I violate the rules(CandyCandy), but can you help my friend?
    He shows me the status of the violation when he logs in.

    His log in,the game show "Your account has been permanently banneed for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details: Autoban: CandyCandy Mob vac", CandyCandy is my name, but he doesn't ban,he can't play.

    If he can't log into his accounts because of a ban applied to your character, he has to make a ban appeal himself.
