can you only get maple items from an event?

Ligators apparently drops level 35 maple staff, is that during anytime, or a specific event?

 

Maple items should drop from stuff without events running.

There are some changes to how you get the higher level class specific maple shields though, but I don't know off the top of my head what the change was.. if someone else can chime in that would be great.

 

I believe those are now only available via gachapon.

 

Only the level 77 ones are from the event

 

And Maple Leaves can be acquired through the Showa gachapon

The rest of the Maple equipment (pendant, earrings and the non-weapons) are from the anniversary events
