Good afternoon, I downloaded MS Royals and I did not realized apparently some time ago I set up an account already. I was able to successfully reset my password, download and get into the character select screen but while I remember my PIN, I cannot remember my PIC. I read that I could reset this via the control panel, but as soon as I try logging into the control panel I am met with "Too many login attempts". This popped up on my first attempt to log into the control panel- can someone please advise? I have the following information ready regarding the account: - Username - PIN - DOB and Email associated with the account - Character names associated with the account Thank you, Chris
Disregard - I tried everything and waited a few hours on my PC with no results, but I was able to get it to work on mobile and fix the issue.
