Minor Cannot complete quest "special recipe for the Nautilus"

    After killing the 30 pigs and ribbon pigs and turning in the quest at Tangyoon, the chain quest does not resume. Clicking on Tangyoon does not give the option to go to the stable, and there is no prompt to obtain the milk jug. Please see attached screenshot. It does not seem that there is a level restriction either.

    I think you need to be level 20 for the next part of this Quest.
