I can't seem to find any threads on this so I thought I'd post and hope for the best. I have deleted and re-downloaded the client numerous amounts of time and it results in the same problem. I will sometimes also get the (Parameter is incorrect) error message. According to the technical support thread it told me to change my compatibility option to Windows 98 / Windows me in order to fix the issue which it does. But then this happens (Look at the following screenshot)
