over the past 72 hours I have been unable to access royals ( only using a Premium VPN ) I would like more information why me and other players from my region can no longer access the game? there has been no announcement or anything that I'm aware of as to why I have been Ip blocked/region restricted and was told by GM and forum moderator that it was down to server side issues when I knew from the start it was IP related but was told it was not. can someone address this issue?
Yea same problem, i can access Royals if Hotspotshield on ( just a try ) but when i turn it off it gives me a msg like : we r unable to connect ... i havent could open Royals client since the day before ytd. GM help?
The server has been having issues for the last 2 or 3 days, which would explain why some could not connect to it. It should have stabilized a bit again, does the issue still persist for the both of you?
Yep. cannot connect to game I can get to login screen with premium hotspotshield service but I cannot login without hotspot I just get server/firewall message same as past 86 hours :C
I never used hotspot ive been able to play normaly for 2 months or so the past 4 days unable to get to login screen looks likes its due to region restriction/ip block about 4 days ago I disconnected and could never open royals since the server started having problems. with hotspot shield I cannot play either just get to the mapleroyals client login screen. mrayndaoxz edonogon Hoang Pham are also having the same problem hopefully someone can fix the problem for us thanks for the response.
I gave it a shot (updated all files). same result still getting the (we are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues) message. it was working fine until Tuesday morning when I started noticing reports of this issue on the forum. any advice is greatly appreciated. thankyou
can someone please explain why I'm still IP blocked its been 4 days and no one has done anything about it. can you either fix it or tell me you cant so I can uninstall and move on

Can you please describe what error messages you are getting, and at what point the error messages appear? Have you tried rebooting your computer? Are you able to successfully ping or traceroute to the address mapleroyals.co?
