Closed Cannot Delete or Create New Character

    Hello, I created an account a few years ago and decided to play again. But everytime I try to delete a character it says I need to create a PIN first. Also when I try to create a character the message "The name is currently being used" pops up. Please help!

    I think you need serious help in reading. Please read the shoutbox notice, or any of the many forum posts regarding issues of registration/deleting char. It is currently down and will be down without any further estimation. Thank you

    It is quite obvious around the entire forum that creation of account is not available, and it is not needed that a thread constantly appears just because no one bothers to take 3 min to read. even staying on shoutbox for 3min to read what people say is enough.
