cannot enter the game

    Problem:Ethernet is not available for the game
    Details:When I login to the game and choose a character, use the Wifi network is available for the game,but using Ethernet disconnected from the server.

    Please help me, I wanna play royals.

    What error message do you get when you try to play using your ethernet connection?
    Also, are you able to ping Mapleroyals.co through an MTR? ( http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/ )
