Closed Cannot get ingame

    Problem: Trying to get ingame after logging in and picking my character.

    Details: each time i login,pick a character and a channel it bounces me back to the login screen with an error message of "Unable to connect to the game server."
    I have managed to get ingame a few times but after a few mintues it logged me off and displayed the same error message.

    This sounds like it could potentially be a MAC ban, please try making a ban appeal thread so an admin can help you out.
