Closed Cannot get past character select

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account (Got this from troubleshooting thread)
    Character Name: PatL
    Additional Information: Been trying to log in after coming back from a break. I get "Maplestory has stopped responding" error as soon as I double click my character (same issue for all characters on account). Already tried uninstall/reinstall/re-download, changing compatibility settings etc.

    i can't get past character selection screen on channel 1, the rest works for me. try a different channel
