    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name:StayHomeHub (previously nibbernibba)
    Additional Information: got banned for inappropriate ign, ign got changed but seems the ban on the mac address is still up
    any other info i need to mention?
