Closed Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: PointX, ChaserX, FatalManace
    Additional Information: After selected the character and input the PIN then the client close automatically, but i just login fine and play in about two hours ago.
    Please help to solve the problem or give me some advice, thanks.
