Closed Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account

    Problem: getting DC after inserting my Character PIC

    Details:
    Hey, I created a new Character
    but after inserting my Character PIC i get DC
    The Troubleshooting Guide sent me here and told me to write the above title

    Please advice,

    used, does it matters?
    it is only 3-4 years old, it supposed to be able to run MS easily

    I got a discount on it because this was a "used PC"
    so i assume it has been in use before me
    Is there anything missing in it? that the game cant work

    i just wanted to play some maple on the weekend

    Thank you for the information.

    There is nothing missing from your computer. However, based on what you have told me, and the information I have, the computer you are using has a MAC Ban on it because it was used in the past for vote abuse.

    The bad news is, a MAC Ban cannot be removed from a computer that has been used for any permanent ban.

    If you wish to play Royals, you will have to use a different computer unfortunately.
