Closed Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: Wesleyyy
    Additional Information: Once at the character selection screen, after double clicking my character (either one), the client closes. Following is this message. "You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later." I read in the troubleshooting guide that this means there is a MAC ban on my account. So I'm doing as instructed and posting a thread here. Thank you for any help in advance.

    Update: I added a few things, but after already posting this in the character issues section, I was told in the shoutbox that I should post this in the ban appeal section. So here I am. I'm also not sure if I can delete the thread under character issues. I tried, but I'm still very new here. I'm just making this all known to make things easier.

    Yes, you are MAC banned, but I'm unable to trace why at the moment and will need more information.

    Where do you play MapleRoyals from - home or school/uni/a friend's house? Also, is it possible you played this server a long time ago?
