Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen Character Name: Cryx Additional Information: I just made an account and downloaded the client a few minutes ago. the client closes completely as soon as i select my character. i disabled my firewall and windows defender. Is there something i'm missing? EDIT: fixed. I uninstalled client and re download it. unticked tab to launch the game, click finish. added the mapleroyals folder into the windows defender exclusion, restarted pc and launched the game.
