Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: Wrathgon Additional Information: Managed to sign into MapleRoyals, able to select channel and character, but the client closes right after selecting character and error pops up "You have been disconnected from the login server". Followed the troubleshooting guide which led to the creation of this character issue thread. Would like to seek help on this
Have you tried: Logging in to other characters/accounts? Resetting your network (restart modem, for example). A VPN. If you're already using a VPN, perhaps a different IP. Mobile hotspot, if possible. Connecting from a different device, if possible. If you believe you've been MAC banned, you can make a ban appeal here and our GMs can check for you. Keep us updated!
