    I have no idea you didn't say why you got banned, if you are perma banned then you can't play,
    best thing is to post why you got banned and the character name of the banned account.

    Your account with the character IMKrieg has been perm banned for hacking. We have a zero tolerance policy towards hackers so you will never be unbanned and you aren't allowed to start over on a new character.
