Please open a thread in Character Issues using the following format: Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: Angry Muffin Additional Information: What's a MAC ban? If I have it, how did I receive it? How do I remove it? Two days ago, the game was working just fine. One moment, I was disconnected after trying to talk to an NPC (happens on occasion), the next, I am unable to get past the character selection screen. What do I do? Edit: Woops, wrong thread. Let me duplicate this and put this in the "Character Issues" thread; Btw, this issue isn't character-specific, and happens regardless of character or account selected/use
