    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: TarjaTurunen
    Additional Information: 'Windows has stopped working' Well, actually I got no problem on my other computer. Antivirus is off, though. You guys might know about the issue? It's Windows 10, and the one that works is Windows 7. Might think it's a compatibility issue?
