Closed Cannot get past character selection

Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
Character Name: primming
Additional Information: followed the troubleshooting guide and it told me to do this. Before the recent update I also had this issue but occasionally I could log in anyway so I dealt with it. After this update I am unable to log in at all because as soon as I select my character to log in the client crashes.

Edit: same thing happens on all my characters

 

Nvm fixed it on my own - changed to full screen first - logged in character - then change back to windowed
posting just in case anyone else has the same problem
