Closed Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account(s).

Character Name: Ashalon (was with Shadowistia and Rouletter)
Last thing you did: Was grinding in the ant tunnels
Why do you think you got banned?: No idea, we were just killing things to power level him.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Not able to open game as sometimes i get the check firewall message and sometimes it just sits at the login screen with the login button blacked out.


So as the TLDR kind of states my freinds and I were leveling westaway ( rouletter was the alt he was on as his main bandit wasnt fun for him) and things just quit spawning in the ant tunnels. We all tried to change channel and then the game kicked us it seems and now all three of us cannot log in. we have tried restarting our pc's and making sure our settings are the same as before.

Are we banned for some reason or could this be a different issue?

 

nevermind it seems the server was indeed down, i found out from a helpful gm in the shoutbox thankfully. Thanks for your time
