    Dear Moderator,
    Pls help! Thanks.
I am very new to MapleRoyals. I tried to install the game client on my laptop Windows 7 64bit but got the error below:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\MapleRoyals\MapleRoyals.exe

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory.

    Move File failed; code 2
The system cannot find the file specified.

That sounds very much like whatever antivirus you are using prohibits you from installing.

Not an uncommon problem, try disable your antivirus completely.

If you don't have an antivirus something is still blocking you, so you removed windows defender fully?
Are you logged in as an admin?

    Country Flag:
Make sure you disable windows defender, as mentioned before, then when running the setup, right click then hit 'run as admin' to make sure it runs with the correct permissions.

If that still doesn't work, go to Start > Control Panel > Systems and Security > Review your computer's status > Security. What's listed under 'Virus protection'? Maybe you have an anti-virus installed that you aren't aware about.
