Solved [Solution Given] Cannot Launch Mapleroyals (exactly nothing happens after double click client) OS: Windows 10

Hello,

So I've had this problem since last patch (9-16). Whenever I try to launch the Mapleroyals client (either normally or by running as admin) nothing happens. I've had this same issue a long time ago where it acts like it's gonna launch and literally nothing happens and im there waiting but if I recall correctly when I came back the next patch update fixed it. I hoped this could be the case this time but I guess not. I reinstalled the setup and added exceptions to mapleroyals client too. Any suggestions?
