Closed Cannot log in my character

    Problem: I cannot log in my character
    Details:
    In log in scene, I key in my ID and password and pincode correctly, but when I choose character to log in the game, it pop out a game scene very quickly and just couldn’t enter the game. Then “error code: -2147287038” pops out and I try it lots of time, but it still can’t work. I need your help, thanks a lot

    It looks like you are in the Showa Town area, which was bugged. Downloading and installing the latest setup should resolve the issue. (It'd be best to delete any current royals installation for reinstalling.)

    Let me know if this solves the issue!

    Having the same Issue. Tried walking into Showa Market Map and it crashed and crashes every time I try logging in.

    Just finished reinstalling the game. This did work for anyone else with this issue.
