Duplicate cannot login after stay at cashshop and got dc cause of internet

I have login my sub account and i enter cash shop suddenly my internet have problem for a while i disconnected and i could not login anymore and when i login my main account and i trying to locate where is my sub account but its seems keep at cash shop for a long time . and i cant login my sub account . please help fix . at the start i thought it i been hacked. but its seems it look like bug somehow when its stuck at cash shop and dint come out for a long time.

oh i saw gm sila post . but how do i retrive back my sub account?

 

You'll have to wait for it to get unstuck, else a server check is required. GMs can't dc players who're stuck in the Cash Shop.
