Hello, I am trying to make changes in the control panel for one login, but I keep getting the "You have tried to login too many times recently" failure message. I have waited days without an attempt on this account. Similar accounts I've created recently and created characters on are not having this issue. This is account-level rather than a character-level failure. Please reset number of login attempts for this account - you can DM me for the account login as it should not be posted publicly. This is a separate issue, following the Admin instructions I created a new account. This is now reoccurring for that account. But it's the opposite issue: in the previous ticket, I could access Control Panel but not login to the game. In this instance, I can access the game, but not the Control Panel.
