Closed Cannot play

Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account.

Problem: cannot pass login screen, get stuck when i try press login
Details: My friends are playing in this server and invite me to play with them but i cant log in to the game.

please help me!

Thanks, received. You need to login from your own home and own computer, as one of your friends got permabanned for hacking.

 

but i try to login from my computer at my home O_O

How is that related to my problem?

 

Our bans are done by mac address and ip, so if he hacked from your computer or using your internet, it means that you are also banned. =(

 

Also, I've just checked, and the only place your hacker friend has played from is your house.

i told u. he told me he cant play hacks on hes comp cause the antivirus block so he did it on my comp before i start to play :\

Since he's only ever played MapleRoyals from your internet and your computer, we have no proof that the two of you are separate people.

Unless you can prove that you and your friend are two separate people, there's nothing you can do, other than make sure other people don't use your comp/internet in future so you don't run the risk of being banned from other game servers too.

Oh, and you might want to ask yourself why we would let you play when you allowed your friend to hack on MapleRoyals on your comp.

i just wanna play in peace, i played before in Global with high lvls players Legit and came here to play nostagic maple, i dont have any reason to use hacks
u can unban my comp and follow my player to see that im a legit player!
and ill change password and i dont let anyone else play my player or play from my comp/internet if he hacks..
btw if he use laptop and hack in my home when he use my internet its also can be reason to ban?
cause he play on hes laptop and also in my comp..
