Fixed Cannot Turn in Summer Roll Call

I have been attempting to turn in the Summer Roll Call quest. I had killed 500 mobs (Selkie Jr. and Slimy) which were above my level of 59. The quest completed, I headed back to CBD to turn in the quest. When I click on "Summer Roll Call (pre-completion enabled)" or "Check Attendance Record," nothing will show up. The quest remains completed in my quest log.

I shut off the game completely and logged back in with the same result.

I can click on every other NPC in the CBD area and receive their text.

I have also restarted my computer to no avail.

 

Hello, I was just informed that the Maple Administrator in CBD is bugged. Could you try talking to her from another town?
