Closed Cannot use the effect that i bought

    Problem:cant use the wave effect that i bought from cs
    Details: i bought one of the new effect (with wave and dolphins) but when i click to applied it, i was disconnected saying i was missing some files when i already downloaded the new version. i tried to restart and reboot my computer but it does not work.

    please help thx

    I bought that effect too but I don't have the bug you got, maybe redownload the client?

    redownload the client as in redownloading the new version again? or how do i go around redownloading the client?
