Closed cannot vote..cannot get the NX points

Problem: cannot get the NX points
Details: After I logged in, it shows "There is no character level 15 or above on the account." But my two characters are above 15 levels

I know, what I am saying is are you sure you provided your login ID when you are voting? You should NOT provide your IGN.

 

either I type the login ID or the IGN show the same result, There is no character level 15 or above on the account...

 

You're supposed to type your login username (the one you entered at login screen).

Please, check again and ensure it's correct. I voted this afternoon with no problem. Most of the time players who report the same case as you mistyped their login username.
