can't access cash shop and many channels

    Hi,

    I can open the game just fine and get to the character selection section. However if I try to log into any channels other than 9,10,14,15,16, or 20 I automatically get a black screen and it goes back to the main login page, where it will say "character has already logged in" when I try to sign on again.

    This "account is already logged in" message will fix itself after roughly a minute or 2 and I can then log in again.

    I get the same problem when I attempt to go into cash shop, where I will get a black screen and get kicked back to the main login screen.

    I've tried:

    1. re downloading client - didn't fix
    2. playing around with compatibility mode / run as administrator - didn't fix
    3. trying with other accounts - same problem

    This has been going on for a few days now, I thought the most recent update would have fixed this but it hasn't. Please help!

    Just installed the newest client from the website on another laptop and I am getting the exact same problem.

    Could this possibly have to do with the internet? I recently moved to a new place.

    It may be firewall issue. Try adding MapleRoyals to the exception, including your antivirus as well.

    Try tethering. If it works, then the problem may be with your internet.

    Also, state your IGN as it may be useful in the future.

    Tethering didn't work, still had trouble signing into channels and cash shop. IGN is Lunch. I do not think it's an individual character glitch as all my other characters have the same issue.
