You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials for that account here: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only. The Support Request Forum is private. Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of. You may continue to play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime.
