Basically i need a GM to help me and i'm skeptical that this will really end up working but hey might as well try. I used to play several months ago and read that multi clienting was allowed just not to participate in special events and stuff simultaneously, i also never double voted in order to get more nx. I did use it to marry myself in order to farm onyx apples and give myself some sort of income, as i was a new player. I'm now trying to return with a few friends and i cannot for the life of me figure out what the information for my bride account was. The only thing i truly have to go off of, is her IGN and the only proof i have to my claim is the fact that we are married. I doubt this is sufficient but like i said, cant hurt to try and see if a GM can possibly help me out. I apologize if this was the wrong place to post this thread in the forum, i assumed since it was an issue with account connectivity, that Tech Support was my best bet.
Yes, multiclienting is allowed in this server. You would need to follow this guide to request a manual recovery of your account by an Admin. Please try to provide as much information as possible to prove your ownership, as IGN alone is unfortunately probably insufficient to prove your ownership. Good luck!
