Was trying to do Nero's Necklace from NPC Ericsson but you can't purchase the 1 meso items from the cash shop that are required (Red Ribbon & Golden Bell). After attempting to purchase the items, nothing happens and you can't try to buy them again or buy anything else. Seems like every quest I try to do is bugged in one way or another .. Edit: I see now it's been known since April, RIP
