Closed Can't buy NX Item

    I'm a new here, actually I searched this issues, troubleshoot to fix but it doesn't work or can't find any way to fix so I still got to ask.
    I voted and get 8000 NX in cash shop, try to buy something to make up my character.
    But I can't buy it, even I equipped it and "Buy equipped item" it said: "The purchase has failed" press "OK" it said "You may only purchase this item by using Royal Points"
    My character ID is zzZasZzz

    You need to donate to get Royal Points (RP). So aside from that Donor tab which requires the donation, all other cash items can be purchased with NX.
