Okay, so sorry if this is common information or if I'm missing something obvious, but I bought a pet from Cash Shop and want to buy a name tag for it, but the "BUY" (and also the "GIFT") buttons are grayed out not just for it, but for every "Use" item in the Pet section. Is this a bug, was it intentionally turned off, or what? Sorry for the trouble.
