Characters: iicy, CallMeIcy Problem: I tried to recover/change it with the account control panel, but i never get a recovery link to change it to my email. I had taken a couple years break from playing maplestory/royals and have some friends getting back into playing again so i tried to get back into my account i used before. I figured out most of my login info, but can't remember my PIC to get past character selection. Even though i know it is the correct email linked to the account. I had previous submissions on the forum and know it is the one i had used when i signed up and played before. I was wondering if there is anything i can do to try and prove that it is my account or be able to reset my PIC to be able to login and use my account. Since the automated system doesn't seem to be working or maybe there is some other reason as to why it isn't letting me change it. I am willing to try and do what i can to make things easier for everyone. -Thanks

Thank you, I have made a post to the other section, but have yet to get a response. But I appreciate how quickly you got around to helping out. I know I’ve used proper capitalization and spelling. So it must be some other issue.
