Hi. My friend cannot connect to the game or the website. She can sometimes, but then without warning she cannot connect to either place while I still can. She has tried adding the game to her firewall exceptions, and has tried restarting her computer, even disabling security/firewall completely, but we cannot figure this out. Any help appreciated!
