Hi guys, my game was bugged or so, after a lord pirate run, [i wasn't able to click on anything.] i relogged and tried to connect back to the game but i was blocked or so.. i rebooted my pc and the internet twice. and still same block All Your Character Names: Lytrus,lyxi [don't remember the mules names] Last thing you did: Pirate PQ Why do you think you got banned?: No idea Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection What GM banned you (optional): No idea
Hello. You are not banned. You are connecting from a previously banned IP. If you are using a VPN, you need to make sure it’s one where you have a private IP (not shared). You can also try unplugging your modem/router for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP.
Oh, that's really strange.. I never used VPN. maybe. I have one installed in my browser [Opera GX]. But I don't have VPN on my PC, that could change my IP or something. So that's rly weird what can i do if the Restarting my Modem It doesn't work, and still I can't log in to my account?
Your best bet is to contact your ISP and request a new IP. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our end as we can’t unban the IP.
