Can't connect to the server

    i try to connect to the server however it shoes me this error:

    what do i need to do to be able to log in?

    Try changing compatibility.
    Right click the client > properties > compatibility tab > choose run in compatibility for > select windows 98/Windows ME
    The client is the mapleroyals.exe

    * Try changing your screen resolution.
    * Run the setup inside the MapleRoyals folder.

    Not really, it could be caused by the screen you are using.

    Do you have a TV or a monitor? and is it hdmi connected vga etc... ?

    im using my computer through Remote Desktop connection. is there any way i can activate it with it?

    I have no idea, but it might be why you get this error.
